How Carrd Permissions Work
Simple Collaboration Model
Carrd has a straightforward approach:
- Owner: Site creator, full control
- Collaborator: Invited editor, can edit site

Owner
Purpose: Site creator and primary controller
Capabilities:

✓ Publish/unpublish
✓ Delete site
✓ Add/remove collaborators
✓ Manage settings
✓ Access billing (for site)

✓ All Pro features
Unique permissions:
- Delete site
- Billing access
- Add/remove collaborators
- Transfer (via duplication)
Collaborator
Purpose: Invited editor for collaboration
Capabilities:
✓ Edit site content
✓ Preview changes
✓ Publish (if granted)
✓ Access editor
✗ Delete site
✗ Add collaborators
✗ Billing access
✗ Remove owner
✗ Change plan
Limitations:
- Cannot delete site
- Cannot manage other collaborators
- Cannot access billing
- Cannot transfer ownership
