Overview

Reddit Ads provides role-based access control for managing team members across your advertising accounts. This guide covers adding users, managing permissions, and maintaining account security.

Access Levels

Reddit Ads offers the following permission levels:

Role Capabilities
Admin Full account access, user management, billing
Advertiser Create/edit campaigns, view reports, manage creatives
Analyst View-only access to reports and analytics

Adding Team Members

Steps to Add a User

  1. Log in to Reddit Ads Manager
  2. Navigate to Settings > User Management
  3. Click Add User
  4. Enter the user's Reddit username or email
  5. Select the appropriate role
  6. Click Send Invitation

The invited user will receive a notification to accept access.

Bulk User Management

For larger organizations:

  • Work with your Reddit Ads representative
  • Request API access for programmatic user management
  • Use Reddit Business Manager for enterprise accounts

Managing Permissions

Modifying User Roles

  1. Go to Settings > User Management
  2. Find the user in the list
  3. Click the role dropdown
  4. Select the new role
  5. Confirm the change

Account-Level vs Advertiser-Level

  • Account-level access: Applies to all advertisers under the account
  • Advertiser-level access: Limited to specific ad accounts
