Access Levels
Reddit Ads offers the following permission levels:

Adding Team Members
Steps to Add a User
- Log in to Reddit Ads Manager
- Navigate to Settings > User Management
- Click Add User
- Enter the user's Reddit username or email
- Select the appropriate role
- Click Send Invitation
The invited user will receive a notification to accept access.
Bulk User Management
For larger organizations:
- Work with your Reddit Ads representative
- Request API access for programmatic user management
- Use Reddit Business Manager for enterprise accounts

- Go to Settings > User Management
- Find the user in the list
- Click the role dropdown
