- Click "Invite User" or "+ Add User"
- Enter email address: User's Jimdo account email
- Select access level:
- Admin (full access)

- Click "Send Invitation"

User receives email:
Subject: [Your Name] invited you to collaborate on [Website Name]
You've been invited to help manage [Website Name].
Click below to accept the invitation.
[Accept Invitation]
If you don't have a Jimdo account, you'll create one first.
Acceptance process:
- Click "Accept Invitation"
- Log in to Jimdo account (or create one)
- Website appears in user's dashboard
- User can now access website
Method 2: Via Dashboard (Jimdo Creator)
Best for: Classic Jimdo Creator websites
Step 1: Access Administration
Log in → Admin area → Settings → User Administration
Step 2: Add New User
- Click "Add User"
- Enter details:
- Email address: User's email
- Name: Display name
- Access level: Select role
- Send invitation: Check box to email user

For users who haven't accepted yet:
