Prerequisites
Before adding a user:
- You must have Admin access to the Reddit Ads account
- The user needs a Reddit account
- Decide on the appropriate permission level
Adding a New User
Step 1: Access User Management
- Log in to Reddit Ads Manager
- Click the gear icon or Settings
- Select User Management from the menu
Step 2: Initiate Add User
- Click the Add User button
- A modal or form will appear
Step 3: Enter User Details
- Username/Email: Enter the Reddit username or email address
- Role: Select from:
- Admin - Full access including user management
- Advertiser - Campaign creation and management
- Analyst - View-only reporting access
Step 4: Send Invitation
- Review the details
- Click Send Invitation
- The user receives a notification
Step 5: User Accepts Access
The invited user must:
- Log in to their Reddit account
- Navigate to Reddit Ads Manager
- Accept the pending invitation
- Access is granted upon acceptance
Permission Level Details
Admin Access
- Create and manage all campaigns
- Add and remove other users
- Modify account settings
- Access billing information
- View all reports and analytics
Advertiser Access
- Create and manage campaigns
- Upload creatives
- Set budgets and bids
- View campaign reports
- Cannot manage users or billing
Analyst Access
- View campaign performance
- Access reporting dashboards
- Export data and reports
- Cannot create or modify campaigns
Verification
After adding a user:
- Check the User Management list
- Verify the user appears with correct role
- Status shows "Pending" until accepted
- Status changes to "Active" after acceptance
Troubleshooting
User can't find invitation:
- Verify correct username/email entered
- User should check Reddit notifications
- Re-send invitation if needed
Access not working:
Email not received:
- Check spam/junk folders
- Use Reddit username instead of email
- Contact Reddit Ads support
